Today’s SCOTUS Decision Represents a Total Waste of Time

If ObamaCare fails, it will be a result of Congress and the President failing to focus on interstate commerce. If illness can travel across state lines, so should health care finance. Let insurance companies sell across state lines.

Compromising on the selling across state lines issue would have given the Democrats a platform to get the requirement that children stay on their parents policies and that a consumer can purchase health insurance with pre-existing conditions. ObamaCare should have been a four page amendment to existing health care law.

Today signifies a total waste of the government’s most important resource …time.
